Product Classification:

• Stock Products: Standard, off-the-shelf items.
• Non-Stock Products: Custom-made or made-to-order items.

Return Eligibility:

• Non-stock products are not returnable.

• Returns are granted only at the discretion of Burlington Safety Lab Inc. and must be authorized in advance.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ensure items are:

• In clean, unused, and resalable condition

• Returned with all original documentation
• Shipped back within 30 days of the original shipment date

Restocking & Refunds:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
• Refunds apply only to the product purchase price.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
